A pilgrimage is a devotional practice consisting of a journey

toward a specific destination of significance.

With America’s history of racial struggle continuing to haunt us,

the historic sights and memorials in Montgomery, Alabama

serve as an important opportunity for just such reflection.

Normal Church Network

An affinity group established for pastors and leaders of churches

with a weekend attendance under 225.

We address hot-button ministry issues that are placed "on the wall” by the individual participants, prioritized by the group,

and then guided through discussion by seasoned facilitators.

With two gatherings to choose from:

one in Orlando, Florida,

and another in Asheville, North Carolina.

Pastor Camps

Mentoring Communities

Four-day interactives with experienced pastors encouraging and equipping next generation pastors in the often wild and wacky world of pastoral ministry.

Five days each July, arrive by 6 p.m. on Monday, depart Friday afternoon.

Organized around the three-legged stool of expectations that congregations have:

Preaching/teaching
Shepherding/caring
Leading/managing
